If you have a nebulizer (breathing machine for asthma) put the colloidal silver in it and breathe it. It will break all of the stuff in your chest up!

It really depends on the cough....Is it a dry cough, or is it because you are having post nasal drip, is it a productive cough? Need more info.....

Drink water always. Eat a lot of fruits, eat vegetables and exercise regularly. Avoid stress also.

first of all you will need to get some chili and garlic into your diet and plenty of it to start with then cut back if you wish. i found this worked for me as i had suffered a lot my self.this was done by meeting a different lady with different cooking ideas and i noticed the difference.
