After exercising is it okay to eat a piece of fruit? i always feel really dizzy and shaky after i finish exercising [i exercise normally 30-60 minute]. any ideas?

I've been always shy when I was little, very shy, I couldn't even talk to my relative most of the time,my parents didn't do anything to treat me,I had so many problem at school,I used to sit in the corner alone and not talk to anybody.Then I became less shy when I got to high school,my shyness was almost gone but I have much more serious problems now,I'm not shy but I feel so anxious all the time when I'm outside my house and it's getting worse every single day, like when I'm in a restraunt or any place I feel everyone is watching me and my heart beats raise.And the biggest problem is that I feel like I can't talk to anyone even my friends,I just don't want to contact them or talk to them,I'm getting worse eveyday,now I spend all my time at home.it's my last year in high school and I only went to school for one day,I just feel I can't.not only I feel nervous and anxiousI also feel like I don't want to go outside,like I'm deppressed or something.do you think I will be ok with medicines?

i have been a very active person, i used to get up early in the morning, clean & do breakfast, go out and accomplish all my ticks for the day and used to go to gym everyday...now i dont even go out of the house, i sleep late, wake up late, dont do anything, surf internet and just wonder why i became so lazy! Now that regular gym has been cut im starting to gain weight...im seriously considering this as illness, what shall i do? pls help!

I can quit. I have stopped before, but it is my BIG vice. My husband smokes and that does not help, plus I have bad anxiety problems. I know that nicotine is bad for anxiety, but when I get mad or worried I seem to smoke more. Plus I smoke a lot when I am on the computer. What can I do to finally quit. My Birthday is Friday and doing this for myself would be my best gift ever. So what should I do and how do I not give in to my crutch? Should I just smoke a few a day or go cold turkey again or pray reverently. AWWWWWW I am so confused. I was thinking that maybe posters all around the house would remind me of all the negatives about smoking. Hmmmmm.....
