Im 20 yrs old and a only child. My I lost my dad this year and sleeping in my room creeps me out and I get a big knot in my stomach when I think about leaving town. What is this all about?

first of all i am so very sorry for your loss.
Maybe what you feel is your dad .
He comes and see you i believe that even though a love one has died they are still connected and will always be near.
as for leaving town it could be a personal fear.
You may not want to leave your mother,so soon after your fathers passing.God bless.
It will get easier with time

Find a support group for grieving adults....You will find others to talk to about your situation; be out of the house; you can grow and face what is bothering you....Peace

Your probably still trying to battle the fact that he has passed away. This will stop over time.
