u have nothing. u are not focused that is all. stop worrying and change seats. go to the kitchen have a drink. better hot drink. then do a hobby, something you really like -- painting, piano, music anything that you like. and come back within one hour you will be ready to concentrate. ps. instead of hobby -- do sports and go for some fresh air. hope it helps. it does many people.

No it does not mean you have ADD. No one likes doing homework. In fact, many people would rather sit and stare at a wall than do homework. For a diagnosis of ADD you must have the symptoms in multiple settings. In your case that means the inability to focus in situations not related to homework. Also, you must have had the symptoms since before the age of 7. These are just a few of the requirements.

No. Try doing something you enjoy doing and see if you pay attention. If so, it may mean that you just have to learn how to discipline yourself to do things that are unappealing to you.

Set a time limit for a chunk of your homework and when finished make sure you provide yourself with a reward such as playing a computer game.

Try cutting out all sugar from your diet. No sodas, candy, chocolate, cereal, ice cream or anything with sugar in it (that includes things like ketchup and hot dogs - read the labels). There have been a lot of studies that show that sugar can affect a student's ability to concentrate.

It depends on whether you have the tv on and take endless hours 'doing' the homework.

Plenty of homework is boring, of course.

A diagnosis of ADD is not possible to make with the information that you have given.

It could be your bored or you already know the subject material or maybe you don't like the course or as me I hated school, which was a mistake
