There are so many things that cause acne. Wash bed linens at least every other week if not more. Put new filters in the air ducts, to lower dust and so on. Make sure that all facial products are hypo- allergenic and less than 6 mos. old. If you have allergies you need to see a doc. that can help you find their cause and give you proper meds. Drink lots of water, it really makes a difference if you are consistent. See a dermatologist to get prescriptions that clear acne. Stress can also cause acne, so do things that help lower stress hormones like exercises, relaxing baths, rest when you can, massages, facials, what ever it takes for you to de-stress. Try washing your face with your product and cold water, cold water helps close the pores.

well.... everything influences zits. but they're not a big deal. they affect your face maybe 1%. mostly zits are caused by a) the air/ environment and b) your hormones.
if you're conscious about your face, go to a dermatologist and they will prescribe you something stronger than over the counter medication. usually over the counted doesnt really do much if you have a serious case. thats really the only way to prevent zits.

Junk food - that's a big one
Lack of sleep - you need 8 hrs a night

So i go to a dermatologist...and pretty much anything can cause zits...zits are due to hormones...the amount of oil produced by your body...sweat...dirt trapped in your pores...your bedsheets if they aren't washed frequently enough...how much you touch your face...so pretty much...just make sure you wash your face in the morning and at night with an oil free face wash...my dermatologist recommended...Purpose...by Johnson and Johnson and you can get it at any drugstore like Osco, Walgreens or CVS...also Target...Wal-Mart...hope it helps

Many things can cause zits, like: hormones, bacteria and clogged pores. You can come across this anywhere. I sometimes put toothpaste on a pimple to help it go away. It works.

Pimples are caused by excess oil on the skin that clogs the pores and the pores get infected. Putting on too much makeup or skin cream can make it worse. It's best to use water-based makeup or none at all if you have bad acne.

Anything with any kind of oil in it. Anything plastic that rests on your face, like a telephone. Your pillowcase if it isn't clean.
