believe it or not food cravings are like drug cravings and in fact stuff like caffine will keep you hooked. but as far as the beads and goodies go its natural of course to have the cravings but getting rid of that is up to you, drink LOTS of water because it fills you up and either eat some grapefruit r drink the juice because the citric acid helps burn fat, hope this helps.

Hello darling. It's good that you want to change your eating habits, well done for that. Cakes and biscuits and foods like that are very addictive, but after cutting down or cutting them out for a few days, you shoul find it easier to avoid them. One thing you can do is avoid them. Don't keep any in the house and when you go out, don't take enough money with you to bu them.
Make sure you eat healthily, eating the right proportion of foods from each category. Try to increase your intake of fruit, vegetable and water. I have personally found having several small meals a day (5 or 6, of which several are a bowl of cereal) has been very effective. That way you don't get hungry and don't binge eat. The following leaflet is very good and reliable: http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/23068959/ as is other info available from the site (http://www.patient.co.uk). Find some exercise that you enjoy doing and stick to it regularly. Even little things like walking up stairs rather than taking the lift, and travelling by foot and bike rather than car will make a difference. Finally, try not to let your self esteem come from your appearance. Although appearance is important to most people, it is not who you are, only a small part. You are unique and incredibly precious. Whilst it is a good idea to loose weight if you are severely overweight, don't ever think that being overweight makes you have any less value as a person. With regards to the questions you have, find an adult you can feel comfortable with and trust and they will be happy to answer your questions. You could do this through a church, or maybe an older relative. Alternatively, if you feel you need some counselling, your GP can arrange it for you. Whatever happens darling, I wish you all the best.

its easy to crave all that good food and not want to stop but Ive found when you keep yourself busy u wont have time to think about it.Try getting involved in different sports. It will keep you busy and physically active.try to eat several small meals throughout the day to curb hunger. And youre still very young so being active and eating foods in moderation should work really well seeing as youre still growing, Good Luck=)

you can keep all of that in your diet if you eat it in moderation. have half of a muffin for breakfast. whole wheat bread for lunch and whole wheat pasta for dinner. limit yourself to one cookie or piece of candy each a day [trying eating it when you crave it the most, afternoon or desert].once you "whean" yourself off of it slowly, you won't crave it as much.
