KEGELS (Excercising The PC Muscle)
http://www.jackinworld.com/expert/10selfcont.html#kegelmen

There are exercises called Kegels for men that increase orgasm intensity. Kegels for men increase sexual feeling by strengthening the pelvic muscles. To get in touch with your pelvic muscles, pretend you're in danger of urinating or having a bowel movement but that you have to wait until you're near a toilet. The muscles you squeeze to hold it in are your pelvic muscles. To strengthen these muscles, start by holding and releasing them 15 times, twice a day. Don't hold the contraction — just squeeze and let go. You can do this unobserved almost anywhere — while driving a car, reading the paper, watching TV, during a meeting ... wherever. Gradually increase the number of squeezes until you're up to 75, twice a day. When you reach 75 at a sitting, instead of immediately releasing the contraction, hold it for a count of three, and then relax and repeat. Work up slowly to about 50 of these longer Kegels. Continue doing the exercises for six weeks, alternating between the shorter and the longer Kegels. The results should be noticeable in your orgasms after a month or more. Once you have the technique down, you can squeeze your pelvic muscles when you're having an erotic fantasy, when you're being sexually stimulated, or when you're having intercourse. Feel free to experiment and see what methods increase your orgasmic intensity the most.

You can also do Keigle (sp?) exercises. Very simple and easy to do; you can do them anytime your sitting for a long time (such as driving to/from work). You just contract the muscle that you use when you attempt to stop urinating; do 50-100 reps two-three times a day, and you will prolong, intensify, and increase your ejaculate (the phrase "Thar she blows!" will be appropriate!).

Ejaculation can be considered premature when it occurs 30 seconds to 4 minutes into sex, depending on different cultures, countries and experts. Behavioural techniques can help you delay orgasm. Learn here https://tr.im/6G73M
These include the start-and-stop method and the squeeze technique. A combination of these techniques along with sexual counselling and medication (either using an anaesthetic cream or an oral tablet) is recommended.

The Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM IV) defines premature ejaculation as a persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on or shortly after penetration and before a person wishes. Wow, that’s not a sexy definition. Personally, I define it as you come quicker than you or your partner wants. Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation https://tr.im/5f271
