I know what you mean, years ago when I first started teaching, I got dizzy and shaky too and it's because you're depleted more than likely.
What time of day are you working out? If at all possible it would be good for you to have some carbs about 45 minutes beforehand. Maybe a bagel, or a sandwich, toast if it's in the am or cereal. Carbs will give you energy to complete your workout, and then fruit afterwards is good. I always like bananas because they're so filling. Hope some of this helps....

It's fine to eat a piece of fruit after exercising. Just don't drink anything caffinated.
Feeling dizzy and shaky after exercising is not quite normal. I'd suggest having your ears examined. This can explain the dizziness--when I'm out of shape, exercising makes my ears feel stuffy and makes it difficult for me to hear what people say.

Exercise can cause your blood sugars to drop, that's probably why you feel shaky and dizzy. Try to eat a little something before you exercise to see if that helps stop the feeling from happening.
It's not going to hurt if you have to eat a little something right after you work out.

Fruit is good because it provides the natural sugar. You should also try drinking some water also after your workout. If it continues you may want to seek out the advise of a doctor

I would think it's good to eat a piece of fruit or a nice, big amount of water.
I always feel dizzy too, sometimes even nauseous.

Of course!! Banana is really good and also eat some salt crackers!!

In regards to you getting dizzy, what kind of exercises are you taking and what kinda of clothing are you wearing (inculding shoes)?? You might be doing something wrong that will do your body more harm than good.

It could also be normal. you body is telling you it had enough = ]
