there's not much flab there, but there is some. how can i get rid of it when it's in such an awkward place? (above my butt, except on my sides like near my pelvis)

I have been suffering with Grand Mal seizures for the past 7 years and they have gotten worse over the past couple of years. I have sought treatment from a neurologist who has tried three different drugs that have all caused terrible side effects. I need people to talk to who can share their experiences with me and who can help me cope with the limitations I have as a result of my seizure disorder. I've been taking multivitamins with Natural Ingredients for many years and i heard that centrum was supposely the #1 doctor recommended multivitamins. I took one pill today. Is Centrum actually intoxicating your body? If so then i'll return the item ASAP.and continue taking my other vitamins

its not my pulse but would remind you of a pulse
its like a weird thumping on the very bottom of my tummy
its been doing this for about 4 hours today

does anybody else have a problem with not getting a good nights sleep...but you don't want to take sleep aids??? I go through these "spells"...I will be able to sleep really good for about a week and then I will go for about 2-3 weeks where I get really lousy sleep and I actually start getting sick b/c of it. My body is just so tired most of the time that I'm too exhausted to be able to sleep good. Does anybody have any suggestions? My iron has always been a little low from time to time, but I take daily vitamins to help with that...any ideas???

I don't sleep around. This is the only relationship I had and I was stupid because I trusted him because he was such a health freak. Very clean but, then I find out he has been with many woman even after I asked him he said he was tested. But, this HPV is difficult to blame on men. But I've only been with him. Help!

I noticed a small little lump/knot not sure what you would call it above my left eye about 2 months ago. it stayed the same in size up until yesturday and now it is bigger ?? any ideas on what this may be ? its a hard place and kinda hurts only when you touch it ?? thanks

For the last past 2 or 3 weeks everytime I lay down to go to bed I get extremely nauseous but never actually get to the point of throwing up. It is not a every now and then thing it is every single night. There are no other symptoms or problems. Does anyone know what this might be? I used to but then I stopped and when I did all the pain and anger and frustration would go away for a little while and for a little while I felt alright but it always came back but atleast it's better than no relief at all. I don't know because everyone says it's bad but what do they know? Have they ever cut themselves or felt like **** and had to hide it so people wouldn't ask what's wrong and pry and make it worse?

I don't have a lot of time to exercise and being a single mom I can't go to the gym and don't have the money to spend on a membership. I am extremely over weight for being only 24, and am almost back at my pregnancy weight. I need some tips on how to eat better/exercise at home, keeping in mind I don't have a lot of money to buy food, or go to a gym. I was wondering... am I the only nutcase out there who has bad dreams everynight? You all are gonna think I'm totally wacked out but I have dreams everynight about bugs crawling up my walls and I have to get up and I sware at them and chase them w/tissues trying to catch them. I stuff blankets between my bed and wall when I am asleep cuz I think they are gonna come up and crawl on me. I used to call my moms house everynight telling her there was some1 in my hallway. Get ready.....I also called her 1 time in the middle of the night and told her I saw "Santa Clause" looking in my bedroom window! The funniest part is, My room is on the 2nd floor! ha! I guess it's passed down from my dad he's the same way. Now so is my 13yr old son. Well, I'd like to hear some of ur crazy, scarey, funny whatever dreams to let me know I'm not the only crazy 1. (I'm 36 if it matters)
