Centrum Dangerous For The Body?

I've been taking multivitamins with Natural Ingredients for many years and i heard that centrum was supposely the #1 doctor recommended multivitamins. I took one pill today. Is Centrum actually intoxicating your body? If so then i'll return the item ASAP.and continue taking my other vitamins

I heard Centrum was the best too.

if too much cause it may cause blood become too thick and may cause high blood pressure.once or twice a month intake is ok.
