I was wondering... am I the only nutcase out there who has bad dreams everynight? You all are gonna think I'm totally wacked out but I have dreams everynight about bugs crawling up my walls and I have to get up and I sware at them and chase them w/tissues trying to catch them. I stuff blankets between my bed and wall when I am asleep cuz I think they are gonna come up and crawl on me. I used to call my moms house everynight telling her there was some1 in my hallway. Get ready.....I also called her 1 time in the middle of the night and told her I saw "Santa Clause" looking in my bedroom window! The funniest part is, My room is on the 2nd floor! ha! I guess it's passed down from my dad he's the same way. Now so is my 13yr old son. Well, I'd like to hear some of ur crazy, scarey, funny whatever dreams to let me know I'm not the only crazy 1. (I'm 36 if it matters)

You're not a nut case by any means. There are people who have bad dreams all of the time. Even reoccurring dreams happen. These dreams of insects, I believe, have meaning - as i used to have dreams of bees and wasps all of the time. They simply mean that there's something "bugging" you, so to speak. The best method of figuring what is bothering you is meditation. Sounds corny, but believe me - it does work. If you take the time to focus on yourself and find the truth of what's bothering you, you will stop having these dreams.
As for weird dreams, personally I have one that I'm not entirely sure I know what means. I can't sleep on my left side. Ever since I was a child I couldn't. This was due to what I call "tickle dreams" and they are most unpleasant. In my dreams, I'm not being tickled by a person or a thing. It usually happens when I feel danger around me - not in the dream, but actually around me. It's what I call my sixth sense I suppose. But these dreams tell me if there's something spiritual around me that shouldn't be there.
Another funny thing, my brother, who is bi-polar-schizophrenic has had conversations with Eric Cartman from South Park. Rather funny in a disturbing way, but at least it's not a demon like it used to be.

check this out im i experience some of the same things you do. when you think that something or someone{in ur case santa} is by or near you where you awoken, where you unable to move?or speak?feeling of terror? i have this prob sometimes but not with santa. I feel there is someone or something in the room.Unable to move i tryed to threatin what i thought was someone but i couldnt speak, all i managed to do was make a feeeble atempt to growl to scare off what ever it.i knew i was awake, and when i was able to move i got up still scared as hell got my shotgun and searched in and outside the house, and im not an easly intimidated person.this happened several times and still happenes but its always been rare, after the second time i new there was nothing to be scared of but i still was... but after the parilization passed i didnt leep to my rifle...i new its a sleep related disorder. i asked around and no one knew of any sleep problems that where related to what i described. i finally found some info on it on the web . the problem is in the prossess of falling into deep REM sleep the brain parilizes the body. a very very very small amount of people have a problem of periodically waking up during the transition phase hence the feeling of parilization. now the noises you hear or your feeling that some one is in the room or near, and the feeling of terror has to do with the primitave parts and other sections that are ingaging in your brain to put you into REM sleep. i hope this isnot what you have personally i hate it its been happening to me for along time now and it is still hard to deal with afterwords!! some docs say people with this problem might have a posibility of getting parkinsons disease later on in life. for your regular dreams {spiders bugs} you remind me of me your a strong willed person arnt you. normally people would try to be getting away from the bugs. Not you, you attack the the attackers.your lucky what about those people that have similar dreams and are terrified and trying to get away and cant. tell santa hi for me when you see him o.k.LOL j'k. and i think your perfectly sane

Ever since watching an "Are you Afraid of the Dark" episode about vampires when I was little I have been absolutely terrified of vampires. I used to think they would come out of my closet when I was sleeping and the covers always had to be pulled up around my neck. I am 20 and I still need to have the closet doors when I sleep, and I still pull my covers up around my neck... hah

hey im 16, and for some reason every dream i have feel real. like sometimes its good sometimes its bad, but its always real. like one time i dreamed i got shot for 3 nights in a row, and like it sucked because when it happened i felt pain, and like the exact moment when i got shot it would feel really hot wherever it was that i did (once on the leg, twice in the stomach), but then i told my mom and she took away my grand theft auto. oh and ive also bee told that i talk like theres no tomorrow when i sleep, and that i "vilolently twich" and i feel that, like when im falling, i feel my leg getting jammed, and like ive slept walked a pair of times, and woke up outside on the satirs once, so i mean dreams are weird.

I don't know if you're saved or not. But simply rebuke those terrible nightmares in Jesus name. I have had terrible nightmares at time, and I plead the blood of Jesus. It's simply spiritual warfare, your sleep is supposed to be sweet and restful. You're not crazy, don't listen to crazy dreams, the bible tells us "As a man thinketh so he is" Don't believe the hype, or lies.

I don't know if you are in church, but you would find healing, and peace. Peace be unto you.
