yoga and walking. i have been doing those for awhile and i am seeing great results. if you have never done yoga before, don't panic if you take a class. it gets much easier. Good luck Hun

a lot of jumping around could get rid of that, try joining an aerobics class at a gym or even purchase/borrow a dvd/video of aerobics and do it at home. And also try yoga, because this stretches all parts of the body and really gives the body a work out, in yoga it doesn't matter where the fat is, you're bound to lose it. So good luck!

It's actually impossible to spot-reduce fat. I've read it in a couple books ... the best thing you can do is plain old cardio exercises. You can maybe do some ab exercises, oblique-aimed stuff, to tone the area, but the only way to get rid of the flab is to burn it off. Unfortunately your body gets to choose where you lose it first, lol :)

Cardio is the best way to get rid of fat. If you don't like to run, try something like power walking, kickboxing, or taking a dance class.

my best suggestion is to take lots of walks and do about 10-20 side sit ups every day
