Try these simple tips;
1. Drink a plenty of plain water!
You can take any food that you want. But remember! Take in a small amount!
2. Chew your food slowly
3. Avoid taking food that kept in the bottle or jug. you will not realize how much you ate. But pick up a handful of it and put in a small plate.
4. Cut your favorite fruits into a cute slices to replace unhealthy snack.
5. Bring a bottle of mineral water anywhere you go. You'll find that you're not interested to buy carbonated drink. Even when you feel thirsty!
6. Get enough sleep. Tiredness will make you eat more high calories foods.
7. Take your foods away from TV. Removes all the foods to the kitchen. It will make you feel lazy to take it from there.
8. Brush your teeth and your tongue. Making this will reduce your desire to chew.
Have a try!

Drink some water, then look at pictures of yourself that are not flattering, pictures where you think you look heavy. Then go for a walk. It's better if you don't keep a lot of food in the house when you are on a diet, it reduces the chances of you raiding the fridge and eating a lot of fattening stuff.

You are starving because you are thirsty and you also are low on protien. Go and drink a BIG glass of water. You also need to get some form of protien like a few nuts, a scoop of peanut butter, an egg or a piece of lunch meat. I am sure that you will feel better. Sometimes you feel hungry when you are just really thristy. Good luck!

GET OFF THE DIET. Starving yourself isn't going to do anything but lower your metabolism. Then, once that happens as soon as you eat anything your stomach will take forever to process the calories, which in turn will make you fat. Live and Learn I guess. Eat a real diet (healthy food) and exercise. There's no way around it. You just have to do it.

I was feeling this about an hour ago. I always keep only healthy snacks on hand - weight watchers yogurt, have a bowl of corn flakes with some non-sugar sweetener w/skim milk, a lean pocket, something like that. And eat slow :)
Just remember ... mind over matter!

Drink warm water or hot non-caffiene tea. It should help you feel full. The other thing is you are having cravings. Try and figure out what you u are craving.
If you crave salt, you are actually craving protein
If you crave hot, like peppers or salsa, you are craving potassium.
If you are craving sweets, you may be craving Vitamin C.
If you crave mushrooms or beef you may be craving magnesium.
Taking a one a day with minerals helps a lot for diet cravings.

Most vegetables, other than avocado are good and low calorie. Try them with black bean dip. You could also try any kind of broth.
