I was just wondering if anyone has ever known someone that is truly narcissistic? Is it just something that someone can be or can it really be diagnosed? Does anyone know where it comes from or how it's developed? I know some people that are extremely self involved but I don't know whether or not I can go as far as saying that they are truly narcissistic. How do you know when it has gone that far?

how do i need to do wit my asthma?

i have sever lung disease and im only 18 yrs old im havin episodes of not being able to breathe and my inhaler isnt seem to working like it hsould or i dont kno what should i cant even take a deep breathe when i need to :'( help me somebody!

What is this brown-blood red discharge I have?

My period ended on October 12 and it was a normal 7 days long. But for nine days after I had brown-blood red discharge. Then it stopped. But it came back again for a day or so, then it went away again. Now it's back again. What the heck is going on? It's never done this before. My periods have always been irregular though and I'm in my early 20's (if that helps). Any help is apprieciated :)

Cryotherapy effects on fertility?

Last year my pap came back abnormal. My OBGYN is offering cryotherapy to treat the cervical dysplasia (mild). I haven't been able to find any info about whether or not it can affect fertility. We really want a 2nd child, so I've been withholding on making a decision about cryotherapy. My dysplasia is NOT hpv related, if it would have been, my doctor would have told me. They don't know the cause of my dysplasia, but after a year it has not resolved by itself. Can having cryotherapy affect my fertility later on and if so...what are the chances that it could?

a voice in my head....?

i just saw a question that reminded me of something that happened to me the other night. i was up really late...on yahoo answers....and all of a sudden i started to hear (in my head) a male voice saying weird, off-the-wall sayings....in a british accent though. he wouldn't ask questions...but say exclamitory remarks...like "Blimey" or "Way to go Chum" or "wow-zer".....just weird things. i am not British...i am from Alabama USA. Why was there a British man inside of my head?

what the f is wrong with me? females only thanks!?

hey this is personal so no jokes. and no guys should answer unless you are a doctor.
i'm 17 and i havent had my peirod in about 4 months. I've never had sex. it's never been a normal flow like other girls, some times it would skip a month. but this is the longest it has been and i don't know whats wrong. i feel fine, life is cool. i know i should go to the doctor but i'm afraid of going to the womens doctor and have some one look down there.
but i'm kind of happy because when i do have it i wish i was dead. i have the worst cramps. i mean really bad, they can bring me to my knees and make me cry they were so bad i had to stay home a coulpe of times. Now, or b4 about 4 months a go, i've learnd that as soon as things start happening i need to load up on the pain pills to live.

my eye swelled up from wearing a contact??? is this a big deal???

I dont have 20/20 vision. and i need an update on my prescription so i dont know what i have exactly.

but i wore normal contacts that aren't prescription for about 8 hours at work but i forgot my (contact)eye drops. and it was also the first time i wore them. (this was yesterday)

when i got home i took them out and put in normal eye drops. and my right eye stayed blurry and irritated. and now today it is already night time. and it is more blurry and my eye is swelled up and red.

is this just a bad irritation that will go away???
or can it be somethin serious???
so far its only gotten worse. little by little.

sex question?

Hi my question is a little embarasing but i need to ask...OK this is what happens some times when i am having sex i come to quick..but some times i can last very long...some girls are ok with cuming quick get a little rest and going again..but some dont, i am just asking whats the best way to be consistent in not cuming quick...please give me serious answers i dont want bull crap...10minutes when i come quick..but if i rest and go at it again i can last about 45-60 minutes but like i said before some girls dont like waiting ..u know those demanding women LOL
