what can cause this and are there any good medical pills or herbs to increase libido and sensation

I would see a doctor. Diabetes, Heart disease, Low testosterone, Low LH, Spinal tumor, etc, and nothing good. You won't find a cure in here at least until you find out what is going on!!!
Don't wait. At your age you should not be having this problem at all!!

Or are you going through or Been Through Recent Trauma!?
Pills and medication are not normally the best answer-but a Long term strategy!
Consult your Physician and take it from there!
