I am 140 pounds, 9-10% body fat. I can see the outlines of my 6 packs from a distance but not upclose. I want to work until you can see it like 1 foot away from my body.

Believe it or not...

Cardio! It burns all over body fat, bringing out the muscles!
And do your abs every day... 500-800 crunches, change them around: your body will be challenged that way!

in less than one month... thats impossible sry man
since your are pretty skinny and have some already. go to the gym and do high rep crunches with some weight. A pilates class is great for abs. Make sure you have no fat on your belly as well.

There is a check list

First? are you fat? because you can never get ripped abs if you have a layer fat over it. If you do, cardio like hell man

Second? Reps about a thousand a day

Third? Post workout meal, 2 part protein 1 part carbs

1 month is too short. Sit-ups are the best.

Unless you have the genetics for ripped abs you probably will never have them.
