One does not reach his full height until he/she is about 21 years of age.

Improving one's posture and learning to stand up straight, sit properly, walk properly with an erect stature can increase one's height.

Intense exercise when young can bolster one's height, as the muscles support bones.

I joined the Army when I was 20, and grew 1/2 an inch in height. I think it was from learning to stand up straight.

One other way to grow taller: lifts in shoes.

There is an orthopaedic operation that makes the legs a bit longer. It involves fastening a kind of scaffolding to the outside of the legs and then turning a key to stretch the bone. It's a last resort though. I've attached a web page to show what I mean. I don't know your age so if you're still growing just give it time.
