what should i do? her dad disowns her. but today he just came and picked her up, and took her 1/2 way across the country.

her mom is in the mental hospital, because she tried to kill her aunt. but she was living with her cousin, and then her dad just took her away.

she was my best friend.

i'm really really considering relapsing on si'ing. like. i cant stop thinking about it.

i miss my friend.

i want her back. i never got to say goodbye.


i cant call her. her phone is dead. and i dont know her dads number.

i dont think she has email anymore.

it's basiclaly like dealing with a death.

In the last 2 weeks I have treated 4 patients in the emergency room. Who either did not check the experation dates on medications. Or gave their prescription medications to someone else.And these people who had moderate to severe reactions. There are many OTC/Prescription medications that can actually become toxic etc.. after experation. Also medications that are prescribed for for one person can cause problems in another patient. In one case a mother gave her 10 year old daughter cough syrup that was prescribed for the mother. It had codeine in it. The mother did not know the ingrediants in the cough syrup. The daughter was highly allergic to codeine. It took us over an hour and a half to stabilize her. Please check experation dates on all medications. And do not share prescription medications. It can be dangerous. And can be fatal. I would hate to have to treat you or your loved one's in the emergency room because of some thing that could have been avoided.

I've always for as long as I can remember been masturbating in the shower and as I've gotten older experimented alot more is their any reason that I should cut down. I am 23 and have depression and anxiety ... I have low self esteem and I am starting to worry that I lie A LOT...I don't know why I do it, I lie about stupid things for no reason at all and after I do it I feel awful. I try to stop and always promise that I will tell the truth, but the next day I will go ahead and lie again. I am having tremendous amounts of guilt because of this and have been praying recently that I can stop. Anyone have any similiar experiences or can point me in the right direction as to stopping?
