it feels like its being gouged out with a really long thin sharp knife at the slightest touch even!!! help?!?!?

Sweetie DO NOT WASTE TIME go see a Doctor IGNORE all those here who want to make fun of women,one has to be careful of anything like this.
You will probably find it's nothing more than a slight infection BUT please see a Doc ASAP..((HUGS))

You probably have an infection of some sort. Talk to your doctor or gynecologist. In the meantime, try to keep the area clean and dry, and wear cotton non-chafing underpants.

Sounds like an infection of some sort. Go to a doctor as soon as you can. And, before you worry, yes you have have infections in your genital area without having sex.

Sounds like you have picked up an infection, maybe see Doc for some drugs, hope it isn't a STD if you have been giving it a workout with guys lately...cheers

Please call and make an appointment to you obgyn on monday if not sooner. it could be something bad or nothing at all. but why chance it..hope you feel better soon

DANG! can you go to the DR? You may have rubbed it relly hard either by yourself or during sex. Or worse case it's an std.
