I'm a pretty strong guy, but I really don't have endurance. I can do perfect pushups, but I can't do more than 10 in a row without getting tired.

weight training and running. eventually you develop stronger muscles with the weights, and running longer and longer distances builds stamina and endurance.

You can achieve more endurance by doing cardiovascular training and exercises than by body building and muscle sculpting. Try a few online sites with live trainers, or even talk to a trainer that will guide you to your own personal process to help your body work the way it is supposed to. GOOD LUCK!!

Start walking or running or riding a bike. The idea is that you get an aerobic workout and your heart can keep activity up for a longer amount of time.

Eat raw liver for the iron content......sounds like you need more iron to better transport oxygen.
Just kidding, you can cook the liver, smothered in onions, topped with loads of cream gravy and black pepper, whipped potatoes and fried okra on the side.

this will repeat as far as you wanna take it.
