i cant remember if i took my prozac what will happen if i miss the pill tonight?

Very little,if anything at all.Prozac has a very long half-life,which means it would take several days at least to have any significant effects on blood levels.You have nothing to worry about here.

Think of when you last filled your prescription and count how many pills are in the bottle (only works if you didn't take medicine from a previous supply) You can also call the pharmacy if you can't remember when it was.
If you still aren't sure just make sure you take it tomorrow.
However, in the future a good method to know if you took your medicine or not is:
Every week measure out a week's worth of prozac in an extra medicine bottle. Only take the medicine in that bottle. Then, if you ever are not sure if you took it or not you can just count the pills in the bottle and figure out how many you should have taken compared to what's there. (For example if you take one pill a day and you put seven in the bottle on Monday, on Wednesday if there are 4 left then you know you took your medicine Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)

Depending on the dosage, if it's low I don't think you will notice anything. But I don't know for sure...I'm not a doc...

nothing, dear.....you won't be able to tell the difference in one night....just don't make it a habit
