My period ended on October 12 and it was a normal 7 days long. But for nine days after I had brown-blood red discharge. Then it stopped. But it came back again for a day or so, then it went away again. Now it's back again. What the heck is going on? It's never done this before. My periods have always been irregular though and I'm in my early 20's (if that helps). Any help is apprieciated :)

A RUSTY COLORED DISCHARGE IS USUALLY NO MORE THAN OLD BLOOD YOUR BODY IS GETTING RID OF. I HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE AND IT WAS EVERY OTHER MONTH THEN I FOUND OUT YOU ONLY OVULATE OUT OF ONE OVARY AT A TIME EXAMPLE OCTOBER COULD BE YOUR LEFT SIDE THEN NOVEMBER WOULD BE YOUR RIGHT SIDE. I HAD OVARIAN CYSTS WHEN I WAS 19 AND NOW EVERY OTHER MONTH THE PERIOD I HAVE THE BAD OVARY IS RUSTY COLORED. IF YOUR EXTREMELY SCARED GO TO YOUR OBGYN AND TALK WITH THEM THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE THERE FOR.

Brown discharge is fully natural even as for your interval. I as a rule get it proper earlier than my interval begins. There's not anything mistaken with you, it doesn't suggest something. Although, someday's it implies that your interval is approximately to finish, that's what it as a rule manner while I get it. I desire I helped.

I would suggest going to the doctor. I think that might be a symptom of endometriosis, which is treatable.

It depends whether you are sexually active. If so you may have chlamydia. Go and see your doctor.
