Not really. The hymen could be broken for a number of reasons that are not sexual.

It is not possible to know if the girl had sex quite some time back. But if a vaginal exam is done by a dr within a few days of intercourse, then it can be concluded.

some girls may not be virgin due to playing games or running or may be some hard work.but if that girl once experienced sex then it can be identified by her expression.if that particular girl come to me i am 100 % sure that i will catch her and to know that she is experienced about sex.
