along time ago i put my head down and would get dizzy and when i would look up i got dizzy too.that lasted about a week.well its back.can stress do this.and yes i smoke .ihave been under some stress.and been smoking more.or it could be from the end of head cold. and i know smoking is bad for you and i need to quit.

hi i was wondering if anyone had like a healthy diet plan sort of thing. i am not really unhealthy and not overweight, but my diet aint to good! (too many crips and chocolate cravings!) i also feel tired quite a lot (although im doing my gcse's so it might be that!) which i figured might mean im not healthy enough! so if youve got any usful tips or anything, thanks

my periods used to be every 28 days give or take a few days. the last couple of months they were about every 36 and this month its been 40 days and still no period. what's going on?

well the thing is im only 14 so if i go nd see someone, well it would be hard enough to get out my house, but if theythink my lifes at risk theyll tel my mum and the otherday she saw some cuts on me and was REALY angry! :s but im 15 soon so i could go then?

I've been having this pain and it's kinda in my lower abdominal annnnd near the pelvic bone. It done like...ache on it's own normally. But sometimes if you just push a little there it's really painful and I haven't had my period in a long time. Is there a link between the two? What could it be?

Oh. It's not cramps really either. I mean, sometimes I have cramps but it's normally not where this pain is. And I've been needing to use the restroom a lot lately.

the other day i bought SPECIAL K PROTEIN MEAL BAR which is a "meal replacement" is this good to have if i am trying to lose weight? i mean i just had the urge to eat chocolate now and i ate the protein bar and it took the craving away, but i am just curious i am trying to lose about 38 pounds i go to the gym and i just started swimming, but is this a good move to add the protein bars to my diet?

Okay.

So everyone told me that if i drank ALOTof water it would go away.
Well after a week went by it seemed to be getting alot better.
but now its the 2nd week and it feels like when i just got it.

I REALLY SEVERELY dont want to go to the doctor.
i tried to look for a medication that might work for me but all the side effests were to risky,

can anyone help me???
