I only noticed it when I wipe my butt sometimes.

You could just have a mild case of hemorrhoids, which can become aggravated when you wipe. If that's the only time it hurts or happens, that's probably what it is.
If you don't want to go to the doctor, just be really gentle when you wipe; they may clear up on their own. If it gets worse, there are some over-the-counter treatments availble.

If your body is doing something that makes you scared, you need to go to a medical professional, not ask random strangers on some stupid website. Even a doctor couldn't diagnose you over the web without interviewing you and seeing you in person. Turn off the computer and go to a doctor now.

Get it checked. That is not something to play with. You could have a ruptured vain from a hemorrhoid or possible sign of colin cancer. Good luck.

sounds like its piles!! but u need to get it checked out because blood in stools is one of the signs of bowel cancer......see the doc as soon as possible - good luck

its either a fissure(look up fissure on the web)or it could be hemmoroids.
