The best thing is to see your doctor especially since you said it is really painful. Pain is not good. Be safe and know for sure by seeing a professional.

Sounds like you have a boil. Apply Hot Compresses to it of Epsom Salt and water, it is very soothing, also slather that thing with Neosporin. Put on a thick layer of it...it will shrink down to nothing. It may not be ready to be lanced so start the compresses and neosporin today. They will turn you away and only give you antibiotics if it is not ready to burst.

Go see the doctor. If the pain is on your right side, it's possible you have appendicitis and you need immediate attention. Hopefully it's just a cyst, but you need to get it checked out ASAP.

Sounds like you need to see the doctor. It could have everything to do with the obgyn side or it could be stomach related.
It might be that you have an infection in your uterus, endometriosis.
Make an appointment soon and get yourself checked out.

that could be anything from apendicitis (swollen appendix) to a ruptured appendix, to cervical problems, to the smallest bladder problem
it all depends on what side of the pelvis you feel the pain on, usually the right side indicates a problem of the appendix, you should see a doctor immediately as this could be a serious risk to your health.
