what is the easiest way to get crutches from a doctor. If I have to sprain my ankle or something on purpose tell me how to do it.

I have recently been diagnosed with ibs and have only recently got married. My husband and i were keen to start a family as soon as possible but had glandular fever which i am now just getting over if i dont over do things but my stomach has been playing up which the doc has diagnosed as IBS. This year i have moved house, got married, and i have a stressful job i also teach dancing. I have now given up work for the foreseeable future to let my body recupperate and get back to normal and hopefully not being stressed will help. In all other aspects of life we are ready to have a family and are in a good position. Does anyone have any advice and does anyone know if a baby can be harmed if the mother has ibs or had glandular fever. We want to make sure we're doing the right thing. Sorry for going on a bit

I have alot of strees lately, my paren'ts got a devorse and I haven't been doing great in college ., I haven't been sleeping latley , only an hour a day and I haven't been eating hardly . So I'm 18 and I had to get braces for the 3rd time today because my roots are messed up and keep pulling my teeth wrong... so finally i went to a new guy and he put on ceramic (tooth colored) braces and hes going to do surgery when they are straight.
do you guys know anyone with ceramic braces and can you tell? I hate them but i'm thinking i'm just not used to them... i have a date with a guy that has only seen pics of me (without braces) next week and i'm worried the braces will turn him off.. if he knew me well and we'd been dating a while i wouldnt worry cause it wouldnt bother him then... any nice comments will cheer me up... let me know how noticeable they are to people who arent wearing them.
