You are not alone at all.
Very often, I would laugh at the most NON funny times.
It's just a mental reaction that allot of people have.
I would suggest writing. It's very therapeutic and maybe you can get rid of some of those nightmares...
I wish you the best and don't let anyone talk down to you!
It's OK to be different. God knows I am. I kinda like to call myself loonie/different/weird just because compared to most to the shallow minded people in the world..I AM! :-)
Need an ear, message me,
~T~

i dont want to offend you, but i dont think this is normal. i dont know what youre going through... like in your life i mean, but id guess this is scaring you a little?
i would be. the darkness... it can be a scary thing. there are dark forces at work... and i know that sounds dumb, but im talking deamonic forces. like even the kind that pry into your mind and give you nightmares....
im not a satanist. im exactly the opposite, im a christian... jesus died so you wouldnt have to live like this.
i am praying for you, ok?
i think you should seek the help of a professional to find the root of the problem
best of wishes.

Yep, have had the same....but mine happens when I go out shopping, sometimes I just start laughing at nothing, people must think I'm just plain crazy!! I think it must be nerves, like when you are under stress etc. When I'm shopping I start panicking (anxiety/panic disorder!) so just start laughing. Better than crying though eh I guess!)

You sound bored. Why not try doing some chores when you feel crazy like that. Maybe you could clean the house or get a hobby like knitting.

i agree with deborah - running is great for the mind. there is nothing wrong however with u - this world is stressful enough so if u want to stare into darkness do so - its probably your minds way of coping with life. u r doing no harm to yourself so carry on.

go outside and go for a run. Take some exercise, play soccer or something. Go out and socialise or volunteer somewhere.
