First off stop worrying about getting bigger. Health should be your main concern. It is true that people who are smaller tend to live longer. You don't want to be fat anyhow- you have less energy and it puts a lot of pressure on your heart. The people you are comparing yourself to probably wish they were smaller w/out you knowing it. There health will suffer in the future for them and they will miss out on things in life by being fat.

Be healthy, be happy- that is what matters!

Drink a half gallon of ice cream everyday. Stick it in the microwave and drink it like a shake. It worked for me. Good luck.

Start eating really large meals. Your body will naturally slow down its metabolism and you may put on some weight. Also, if you eat more carbs, you can increase your weight, especially if you start exercising regularly

Eat every meal at McDonald's. (But you may also die, before you get fat)
