Vaseline or cooking oil. Rub cooking oil on your lips then rub water into the oil, it acts just like lotion, as lotion is just an emulsion of water and oils anyway! :)

neosporin...chap stick prevents, not heals. It'll only make it worse. If they're cracked, it's like a cut. NEOSPORIN!!! works perfectly.
