Are you getting enough rest? Are you doing things that stress you out? Are you ill? All of these things will affect your appetite, too.

Get a balanced lifestyle with rest, lots of exercise and some relaxation to balance the stress. You may need to see a doctor or a therapist if it lasts longer.

Also, browse through cook books, cooking magazines, etc. and make stuff that looks yummy. And sometimes the appetite needs to be jump-started -- you won't feel hungry until you have a little appetizer. Then you start to feel hungry again. High-calorie appetizers could include: nuts, cheese and crackers, olives. Low-calorie ones would be carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, pickles, a little sliced-up fruit.

Hope that helps. (-: I'm hungry just thinking about it.

You have not mentioned as to how you have lost your appetite whether it is after some serious sickness or some other problem. The best way to increase your appetite is to take some Ayurvedic medicines especially made for liver tone up and protection. Take one table spoon mustard powder mix in a glass of butter milk and drink daily before breakfast for seven days to expel the worms to get appetite. Besides this, you can boil a small piece of fresh ginger in a glass of water and drink like soup and you will get back your appetite. Drinking hot barley, cumin and coriander seed water is also beneficial. In case you are constipated, correct your bowel movements. Take care and be in good health.

in the warm countries, they have found that the heat cause people not to eat as much,
and they make the food spicier , and that seems to help grow your appetite.

also,
the things that make you feel full are fat and protein,
so if you ate more pasta, and quickly digested foods, you would be hungry more often.
( I just ate some chineese food, and I'm hungry again 1/2 hour later)
for example....

Exercise, it increases your metabolism. Cardio in particular. Drink an entire glass of water first thing when you wake up. That will make you hungry for breakfast.
