along time ago i put my head down and would get dizzy and when i would look up i got dizzy too.that lasted about a week.well its back.can stress do this.and yes i smoke .ihave been under some stress.and been smoking more.or it could be from the end of head cold. and i know smoking is bad for you and i need to quit.

i have it happen occassionaly at work, when i bend down to do something, then stand back up, things spin and change color. if this is consistently a problem, i'd definitely call your doctor. if it's just once in a while, i wouldn't worry too much, just make sure you're taking care of yourself as far as diet and exercise and the like.

it happens to me sometimes and I don't even smoke. Or I've had dizzy spells where the room spins, like being really drunk? The doctor told me that it could be hunger and to eat and wait a couple of hours for the food to get into the bloodstream. Also, taking a decongestant can help, I took Alka seltzer cold, it could be due to a head cold which may affect your ears.
So my advice is to eat something and take a decongestant. If still no better, see a doctor.

I just went to the doctor over this and he diagnosed me with BPV
(Benign Positional Vertigo). Go to the doctor and have it checked up.

yeah smoking can do that to you...(i smoke occasionally)..and it would be good if u will quit..u will feel much better...
