you see those commercials on tv and my mother tried atkins at first but said she was starving too much so she did slimfast with a starting weight of 345 with the height of 5ft6...she has lost so much weight in the past year and a half and she has never been so happy..Does anyone have a success story about slimfast like how much they weighed when they started and how long it took for them to lose the weight, did it change your life, etc...only serious inqueries plz...

I am 29 and have not been to a dentist since I was 13 years old. Since that experience I have taken care of my teeth and am very regimental when it comes to my teeth. I had a cavity filled in when I was 13 and the dentist had to numb my mouth, he gave me a shot on the side before drilling and filling but when he began to drill I would say I could feel 80% of it. I was screaming and crying and my dad(who was in the waiting room) later told me I was being silly. I said that day that I would never go to a dentist again. I have no cavitites that I can see, my teeth are not yellow, I have no bad breath, but I know that filling will not last forever. I do have one tooth that is slightly crooked that I would like straightened. any suggestions on how to conquer this fear. and if later on I want some work done can I insist on being put under, even if the work is not major?

I actually meant I eat three meals a day sometimes four I meant inbetween meals when im craving food inbetween meals and when Im craving seconds I drink coffee! Im black hunny we don't starve our self.

Hi, i know this may seem like a common question but i am looking for a good answer, I have been sick for a month now and this cold just keeps going from one thing to another, Now i have swollen glands and my tonsels are swollen, my throat is severely sore and i have tried salt water, i am on antibotics currently and have been on 2 others since i got this cold, So my question is does anyone have a really good remedy for a sore throat?? I really would like something that would work cause i am leaving tommorow to go away with my fiance for my birthday and would like to feel a little bit better.. hi im naturally milk white (almost transparent) but since i was a bbay ive gone to beaches, etc so ive tanned alot and i dont want to be tanned anymore..what should i do? is there any facial,body moitures that help lighten skin? or what should i do that works ALOT 100%?

i was still being white until 4.. then i started tanning because i always go to beaches..

I have a tendency to think negatively and stay tensed by predicting problems that could occur in future in my life. I have always been like this since child-hood..i try to help myself by thinking about other things. My husband and I are each others first partners, so there couldn't possibly be an STD, and we always make sure I am good and lubed up before he penetrates. But lately, like the past 3 or so months I have been having pain when he penetrates, and also sometimes when he gets faster and the tip of his penis rubs close to the opening of my vagina it hurts extremely bad, and hurts for a while after sex too. Sometimes to the point where I am crying. My doctor says maybe its a yeast infection, so I try medicine and it only seems to make me more raw. So then he says, maybe you need to switch detergents, but that isnt the problem either. Please help me find out what this could be, we are getting very frustrated.

well if i were to go see a gyn about my irregular periods, what will they do 2 me. They wont have to examine me will they if i just tell them all of my symptoms. can they just diagnose me like that. i just wanted 2 know. im 16 with really irregular periods they come twice each month and i bleed pretty heavy and i have been on since i was11.i just want to know if they will have to examine me and will it hurt. what will they do? please help me because i did tell my mom and she said she was taking me 2 a gyno and im really scared.

I myself can go days over up to 8 mths with out smoke. Then have the time periord smoke agin. No problem. If i run out cigs. I know i am out doenst bother me at all. I rarely cough. When i do I back off smoking a bit the cough goes way. I very from 2 cigs - 1 pack a day very on my mood and my stress level. Sometimes i just not in the mood to smoke so i dont. so that mood cpould go on for a few days. Then when i nwt one or when irarely "crave" one i smoke most of the when i do "crave" one. I wait a little bit to finsih whati am doing. Or use a reward. I dont NOT smoke when i first get.
I could do 15 mintues -8 hrs after i get before i smoke my frist cig of the day. If it is 8 hours. i couldjsut take a nother nap. If i go to a Non smoking reastaunt I either smoke befoer i go in. Or wait till i get back home to smoke. If i aroudn peopel taht dont smoke. I dont smoke around them. Unless they dont mind or, I walk away from them saying "I hope you dont mind but i need to step to the side
