A good inexpensive way to whiten teeth is to go to target or walmart and purchase the whitening strips...better yet the cheapest way is to buy some of the whitening toothpastes that are available.

I used to use rembrant. It can whiten teeth up to 4 shades or something like that. The best way to whiten your teeth is to have them bleached, but that's not inexpensive sorry dude!

mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide to one part water and swish areound your teeth for about 30 seconds. then, floss, brush your teeth and rinse with mouthwash. Finally, chew sugar-free whitening gum like orbit or trident white. This will give your mouth a refreshing feeling, as well as whiter teeth

Ok here's how: take a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide and mix in a few drops of bleach...brush your teeth w/ all of the solution being very careful not to swallow any and rinse your mouth out extra thoroughly afterwards..
