You sound like i was sick about a couple months ago. There are teas that are out three called Traditional Medicines. each one of them are carefully made to each problem. I would suggest you get cold care, sore throat and could others.. don't take them all at once.
I know your going to ask this so.. Yes, there gross but they work but if you put honey in them there not as bad, but you should be better in about a week.
I would just make sure you read the ingrediants. They are all natural but just incase you are allergic to something. I would make sure you read the contents of the package of the teas
The are not in the with the regular teas. You will find them with the natural health food section.

Cayenne, garlic and honey. Use fresh garlic. Mix them together to form a cough type of syrup. Let the syrup slide down your throat. It tastes gross but it works. And it is antibiotic.

From an old book that I have - copyright 1879 -Home & Health and Home Economics by C.H. Fowler,D.D., LL.D., and W.H.DePuy, A.M., D.D.........: "Cures for Sore Throat -l. Powdered potash held on the tongue and allowed to dissolve is very good for sore throat when there are 'white spots' 2. Take the whites of two eggs and beat them in with two spoonfuls of white sugar; grate in a little nutmeg, and then add a pint of luke-warm water. Stir well and drink often. Repeat the prescription, if necessary. A practical physician thinks it will cure the most obstinate case of hoarseness in a short time." Doris Goldsborough

My grandmother used to prescribe a dose of turpentine and sugar for a sore throat. I certainly wouldn't advise it today, but there is a legitimate treatment sometimes prescribed by doctors, called turpenhydrate and codeine. Obviously the codeine part is a narcotic, but the turpenhydrate is surely a derivative of turpentine. Anyway, it tastes just as foul as the original. John E. Bowles
