Why is there a shot that can protect you from getting measles, but not from getting aids?

Because I don't know anyone willing to test the vaccine made up of dead HIV virus. Since it is a human virus, it could only be tested on humans.

They havent made a shot that for sure keeps anyone from getting the flu either.
