You go girl....you tell them... Actually 6 small meals a day is okay... dont starve yourself, thats even worse...drinking coffee is not bad for you and if it helps with the cravings go for it... good luck...

if your worried about me giving this lady bad advice, please read my other answer. I do agree with the water... and it is a diuretic... but if its helping with her eating habits than it may just work for her... like she said its better than stuffing her face with cupcakes...

just like smoking...nicorette isnt good for you, but if it helps cut the craving then its obviously doing something right. what may work for one person may not work for another...

Drinking coffee between meals, instead of snacking, isn't terrible, but it would be better if you'd drink water instead (or in addition). Caffeine is a diuretic, and can actually dehydrate you. I know I usually drink water with a squeeze of lemon, or a flavored (calorie-free) seltzer, in between meals, and it really helps.

Just drink coffe black. Don't add the milk.

With milk, the stomach acids turn the mix into difficult to

digest, leathery, strappy junk.

You do realize that people who you call "idiots" most likely won't want to help you? I would suggest that you learn how to communicate better.
