I can tell you what i use. I use whey protein either higher power (which is cheap and can get a lot for less cash) or isopure.

Creatine- i like cell-tech. Seems to be the best stuff in my opinion.
Vitamins- i use universal animal packs.

to check some of this stuff out and get more info go to www.bodybuilding.com

Okay, the best vitamins you can take are manufactured by Melaleuca. They have a patent on the absorbtion rate of their vitamins that can not be matched by any other manufacturer. They also have a bar that you can eat 15 minutes before you do your running that makes your muscles work more efficiently and reduces soreness. It also boosts your energy levels and minimizes fatigue. If you want more information email me at bwat_66@yahoo.com or you can request more information at

I would be happy to share the information with you. I have 2 students who use the bars before they go to basketball practice & they love them.

Well, I have been using products from the Greatest Vitamin in the World. (yeah, yeah I know it sounds cheesy) I think you should try them out though & at least if it doesnt work, I believe they have a 30-day Money Back guarantee (which is always good, in my opinion)

Check out this website, its where I buy my stuff:

Well, you can't play games then.

You want a wholefood, organic, liquid vitamin that is very very fresh.
