you see those commercials on tv and my mother tried atkins at first but said she was starving too much so she did slimfast with a starting weight of 345 with the height of 5ft6...she has lost so much weight in the past year and a half and she has never been so happy..Does anyone have a success story about slimfast like how much they weighed when they started and how long it took for them to lose the weight, did it change your life, etc...only serious inqueries plz...

life style change is the key to weight loss not some fad on TV. try setting up a diet and exercise routine that you could see your self living with forever, not just a few months. you do not have to give up all your favorite foods, just eat them in moderation as treats once in a while. try only buying healthy food when you go to the store, stay out of the cookie or potato chip isle. try buying most of your food in the produce section.

The slim fast diet works. I have been on it...kind of. I drink a slim fast shake at breakfast and drink a powdered mixed protein shake for lunch and eat 1 plate of food at dinner and walk on the treadmill for 1 hour. On August 28th I weighed 264 lbs. As of last Monday October 30th, I weighed 232 lbs. If you follow your diet and exercise, the diet works.
