A tablespoon of Apple Cidar Vinegar daily in an 8 ounce glass of water cures lots of PMS symptoms. It tastes nasty at first, like rotten wine or something but after awhile you get used to it. Good luck!

of course every woman hates pms. unfortionatly i get pms very bad, what i found that works is to take a really relaxing bath with no interuptions and just enjoy the quietness and clear your mind. also chocolate is good becuase it releases endorphins which are "happy hormones" through your body which could up your mood slightly. Also you can try running or some form of excersize or listening to music for a while.
