before I exercise? I honestly do not understand this. Because once I start to exercise those muscles are going to 'loosen up' anyway right? So why do I have to do stretching exercises before? I am going to go out for my walk in a few min as soon as my hair dries.

I'm turned 13 in July, I'm 5'6", I did weigh 145, and I now weigh 129 Lbs....I think I am VERY fat. So, I started to not eat. It's been working, but I know it's not healthy at ALL. It's just none of the diets I have tried in the past are working. I am a very depressed 13 yr. old. Please Help!!! Please help me be HEALTHY!!!

I've cut my finger off, its only the tip of the little one, just after the last joint. I hate hospitals can I sow in on at home, will superglue work? I have a small metal rod and a drill, I was going to drill up the bone and insert the rod and glue it there. My wife is just washing the rod now so it'll be clean. A rapid response would be really appreciated.
