Clowns.

They give me the total wiggins because you look at all that greasepaint and see a happy or sad face, but you never know what's lurking behind the paint. (Shudder)

I think John Wayne Gacy when I see clowns...

I am claustrophobic so its not too bad, I try to tackle it as best I can. I will sometimes feel brave and get into lifts but if I don't, then I have panic attacks at the thought of it! It doesn't really affect me on a daily basis because I am very rarely in a small space. Although, if I feel sometimes people are too close to me, or there are too many people around me, I can start to sweat (not attractive!) and my heart will race and I cannot speak, its embarrassing more than anything!

Spiders! Cant stand them, before I had kids I used to really freak out, since having kids and being a single parent I have tried really hard to deal with them as I didn't want my kids to grow up with the same phobia. They got the vibe that I dont like them and so they dont like them but they aren't terrified as I was (still am inside!)

Also Dentists, had an accident at 9 and had to have a lot of dental work done, just got frightened by the whole experience, again I try to be really brave in front of the kids!

For years I had a phobia of wasps and bees but since I had hypnotherapy (2 sessions) they don't bother me much. Before, I couldn't eat outside in the summer - I'd spend the entire meal running round the table like a mad thing.

I have 2 phobia's:

Phobia of Heights & Spiders

Heights - This is weird as I am not scared to fly or go on rollercoasters. I am only afraid when I am high up and not safely strapped in or connected to something, e.g I can handle walking up stairs that are made of metal mesh and I can see the floor.

Spiders - What can I say? Dirty, Hairy, Creepy, Scary!! If I see one I have to know where it is and that it's not near me. And to make matters worse, I once woke up in bed with a great big one crawling on my pillow inches from my head. Yuk!

I have arachnophobia, or fear of spiders. Deathly afraid of 'em. I make it a point to spend money to have an exterminator come to my house probably more often than needed to spray both inside and around the outside of my house. Anybody who is a family member or friend of mine, and even my coworkers and acquaintances know that I will have an absolute heart attack and probably fall dead if I encounter one. It's just that bad. I work in a hospital, so fortunately, it's pretty much kept spider-free, thank God!!

I have phobaphobia. The fear of having a phobia.
Just kidding. I do have a slight form of agrophobia, the fear of open places and crowds. I get nervous in big open spaces and i start pacing and talking to calm myself. Usually I hum a song or if I'm sitting I'll close my eyes. The older I get the less I stress. Hey that rhymed!

I have Phobiaphobia which is a fear of phobias. It affects everything as due to this fear I cannot go anywhere.

I also have a fear of using the last letter of the alphabet the one that rhymes with "bed" but I can't type it due to my fear (bedphobia though "bed" rhymes with the letter so it's
?edphobia)
