Besides the common sore throat remedy that everyone knows, Gargle with salt water, there are a few others. Try warm liquid, I prefer really salty chicken broth. But tea helps. Zinc losengers are my fave. I have also used HALLS mint extra strenth cough drops, for a soothing inexpensive effect.

Gargling with warm salt water helps.
Another is to steep a slice of lemon in a cup of boiled water, add a teaspoon of honey and enjoy. The warmth soothes your throat and lemons and honey are supposed to have healing properties.

Gargeling salt water works some time but a little know remedy that works even better is to gargle viniger

The things that I gew up on were very warm water with lemon and honey and also gargling with warm salt water. Check with your natural food store or viatmin store they may have something all natural. I hope you get rid of it soon. Sore throats stink!!

gargle with very warm salt water, heat the water in the microwave, then add salt, as much as possible, it will help heal it.

make a hot toddy............ boil water make a black coffee add a shot of rum or rye and a shot of honey. If not just mix warm water adn honey together and gargle it.
