I have been in dance for three weeks now and after it's over my heart is racing and I am sweating bullets. I haven't really changed my eating habits but other people have noticed my stomach and face look a little thinner and I can even feel my pants aren't as tight around my waist anymore. However I 've been weighing myself and the scale is still the same as it was weeks ago. How is this possible or do I have a broken scale?

i have a friend who went to Ecuador and she is really sick now.
she gets spells where she is fine and then all of a sudden she is feeling fine. she thought she had good poisoning but i told her that food poisoning doesn't last for 4 or 5 days. currently she is in montanita, ecuador and she went to a doctor and paid .50 and they gave her 2 shots. my question is what is likely her problem specific to problems in Ecudor? could it be a virus or a disease?

I have been reading conflicting information and I was hoping for someone who might shead some light on this for me. Are there any medical complications to having your tubes tied? Is there a higher risk of ectopic pregnancy? Is it really not 100% effective against getting pregnant? Can you develop scare tissue around where they cauderize the tubes? I have an appointment with my doctor but not for several weeks so I was hoping for some more information before then. Thanks.

I put toothpaste on overnight to get rid of a pimple on my chin. I had done this a few days before and it worked fine. But this time it burned my chin really bad. the pimple is gone a black dark spot the size of a dime was left. I am 2 embarrased 2 leave my house. Please help. I have pretty long days, as I am working full time and pursuing my MBA. When I get home from work, I feel tired and stressed. Since there is only a limited number of hours before I have to go to sleep, I don't have time to do anything "fun." I just eat dinner, study, and get ready for bed. However, to relax myself, I turn on the TV in my room and put on the "sleep" function and basically fall asleep to it. My bf feels that I should not watch TV before going to bed as that disrupts my sleep. I have a lot of trouble sleeping as it is and I find it easier to sleep with the TV on because it distracts my mind and prevents me from thinking and worrying about everything on my mind. Is there anything wrong with falling asleep to the TV?

hi, im 20 and really worried about my breasts...last week i got some white discharge from my breast..im not married but i do have sex with my fiancee..Is it because im having sex or is it normal that we do get this disharge...first i didnt knew how it happened but next time i checked it by pressing my nipples and i did get them, a drop or two...as such i dont have any pain, but i do get breast pain during periods...please help..
shall i consult a doctor or any other advice ...

How many calories should I take in?
I'm 18, 5'4, 117 lbs. I am going to the gym every other day doing and hour and a half of weight machines and getting in the sauna. I want to lose between 7-10 lbs in one month and a half, or less. How many calories should I be consuming a day to reach my goal weight?

I am on the pill and usually when women are on the pill they have low libido, or low sex drive. I have taken Damiana to help boost libido but I got no results. He has always been like this but last year he almost died due to an infection after surgery for a ruptured appendix and spent a week in ICU on a resperator and 3 weeks more in the hospital plus 3 months at home recovering and now he is very fearless. He is not reckless or taking chances but he literally has no fear now of dieing or being hurt. He is a happy kid and truly enjoys life but the fearless thing worry's me.
