I have pretty long days, as I am working full time and pursuing my MBA. When I get home from work, I feel tired and stressed. Since there is only a limited number of hours before I have to go to sleep, I don't have time to do anything "fun." I just eat dinner, study, and get ready for bed. However, to relax myself, I turn on the TV in my room and put on the "sleep" function and basically fall asleep to it. My bf feels that I should not watch TV before going to bed as that disrupts my sleep. I have a lot of trouble sleeping as it is and I find it easier to sleep with the TV on because it distracts my mind and prevents me from thinking and worrying about everything on my mind. Is there anything wrong with falling asleep to the TV?
