How do girls that dress like boys take care of their periods?

Easy todays sanitary pads are very thin and they don't show through your clothes. Tampons don't show at all. Even if girls do dress like boys they have to take care of this.

there is only one way to take care of your period no matter how you like to dress. i don't see any options here. girls wear pants all the time.....unless you are talking about boxers, and you wear pads? you may want to consider a tampon?
