I'm fourteen going on fifteen next month, about 93 pounds, and exactly five feet tall. I want to try to lose some weight (maybe not LOSE weight, but maintain it so I don't gain any, either), and I've been controlling food portions lately. Tonight was Friday, though, so I kind of pigged out on homemade enchiladas. I ate two small enchiladas, two spoonfuls of rice, and beans. Yet, when I was done with my plate, I kept eating more and more beans to the point where I was FULL. I usually try to eat till I'm satisfied. I'm sad now because I did that wrong. Tomorrow, I was planning to eat choco chip waffles to celebrate the weekend, but I don't know if I should anymore since I pigged out on the beans tonight. I just feel so guilty. What do I do? Eat waffles or not? Eat very little tomorrow or what?
