Sounds like stress , but... don't take any chances , i had different symptoms than what are usually reported, i had pains across the back of my shoulder blades, no tingling, no jaw pain no nothing else. So i thought it was just muscle pain, i was wrong, i had a heart attack, and had to have five bypass open heart surgery. I was 44 years old, my life was totally turned upside down. Please don't wait, go see a GOOD doctor and don't worry about the bill. Make small payments if you have to . I am in nursing and sometimes certain hospitals will just write the bill off, also ask about the Hill Burton Program, as they take care of your hospital bills if you qualify. And since you are not employed they should be able to help. GOOD LUCK. I wish you well.

In Wisconsin just the opposite effect is taking place. Since Gov. Walker got "ACT 10" passed where the state and each municipality can negotiate their own contracts with the public unions and since the employees are no longer mandated to pay union dues the public sector has grown. There are now more public workers in WI than before ACT 10 went into effect June of 2011. More public sector jobs were saved. WI would have experienced a far greater layoff scenario had ACT 10 not passed. What the public employees are upset about is without collective bargaining the municipalities can reward the good employees(teachers, court staff, town hall & city hall workers, etc.) with higher pay and better benefits than their counter parts in the private sector while dismissing the poor and unskilled workers. The new contracts are being based more and more relative to the equality of the private sector. That is what all the ruckus is about. They had the cream for so many years provided by union mandates and now they have to pay their fair share like everyone else.

you are male, you are 50, you are having pain and tingling down your right arm- you have met three criteria for heart problems already. You need to go to the ER now to get checked out. Don't worry about the bill- if you don't go you won't have anything to worry about again... other symptoms of heart problems are chest pain and heaviness- many people describe it as an elephant on their chest. dizziness, sweating, high blood pressure, back pain, abdominal pain- these are just a few. You really need to get checked. Many hospitals will even write it off as a charity case in the end if you really cannot pay. For right now though- take an aspirin- not tylenol or ibuprofen, but a 325mg aspirin- this will help thin the blood and can help prevent further damage.

Anxiety and panic attacks have many of the same features of a heart attack. However, one of the most reliable (although not fool-proof) indicators is extreme paleness and heavy perspiration, which is not usually present during an anxiety attack but almost always present during a heart attack. Given your age, I would want to err on the side of safety and get a thorough exam if at all possible. If it is clean, try getting a doctor to prescribe anti-anxiety meds.

Not all heart attack symptoms are the same in everybody. Even though the hospital gives you a bill go anyway. What are they going to do? Get mad if you can't pay. Oh well to bad for them. When we are working and have insurance they get paid. You deserve help even if you have found yourself unemployed. Dont put it off.
Also most areas have medical help for those who can not afford to pay. I'm talking non emergency care. Please check with you're local YWCA or YMCA, Church, these organizations can generally help you find medical help.

if you were having a heart attack 3 months ago, then you would have figured that out by now.
you can't cure yourself of a heart attack!!!
it has got to be stress, but you won't know for sure until you go & see a much better doctor.

My husband had the same symptoms as you, and it turned out to be caused by stress. We really thought he was having a heart attack, but it wasn't really physical at all. But, he is 28, and given your age, it's very possible that you may be having physical problems. Have you considered contacting your local health department? They may have some suggestions.

heart attacks usually come on quickly not over a course of time. You would have pain in your left arm, feel clammy, cold sweat, increased breathing.
Sounds like you might have something going on with your arteries b/c ur getting symptoms in ur arm and leg.
To keep healthy you should eat a healthy diet and exercise. try to walk a lot, it helps circulate blood. Eat a diet low in saturated fat and trans fat and low cholesterol.
