I workout regularly and do cardio roughly 3 times a week 20-25 minutes at a time. I am in shape, just need to shed a few pounds from the waist. I am 5'10" 180lbs, so not overweight. I eat plenty of fruits and veggies and a pretty high protien diet, and not too much sat. fat or other fats. I use a small amount of caffine with aspirin but it does not seem to do the trick. I need something stronger. Any help?

Hot-Rox from t-nation.com. But I don't think you don't need it. Increase the intensity of your workout and limit the carbs and cut on the calories.

Go to Nutrition Express.com and call and get their catalog sent to you. They have it all and more. The catalog has a lot of information in it too.
