it is located on the outside part where the hairgrows... i've been having cramps fro three days now.. and had a spotting of brown blood. i also feel dizzy half the time... what could this be pls help me... my husband and i are monogamous... so i think there's no way of me getting std or something.. pls help.. could i be pregnant? i am on birth control pills... ls help.. thanks

It could be a Bartholin's cyst....but PLEASE go to a doctor and have it checked to be sure.

It's just a pimple, especially if you know for sure that there is no reason to think otherwise (as far as it being an STD). Do you sweat a lot in that area? If yes, than it's likely that it is just a pimple. Just leave it alone and it will go away by itself.
As long as it doesn't look raw & you can tell that it's a pimple, that probably all it is. Is it only one?
If you are really that stressed about it, go get checked for piece of mind.

You need to see a doctor for all of these problems. In the meantime try a warm compress on the pimple or take a nice long soak in the tub, pimples on the vulva are very common, but if it doesn't go away in a few days it could be something more serious.

It is not necessarily an STD...Obviously get to a gyno. Say it is an emergency. I have heard that women spot when they are first pregnant too. The pimple thing could be an ingrown hair. Breathe...realx and call your dr. If you cant get in touch go to planned parenthood or your reg dr.

Jeez, you are making a mountain out of a mole hill. You're not pregnant. You have a pimple or maybe a boil that bled a little (big deal). Wear white cotton panties and keep it clean till it goes away. I wish my problems were this trivial.

You should see a Dr.- Also don't rule out STD because people can "carry" them for years with no symptoms which may actually pre-date you.
